We supply purpose made component products, graded and machined precisely to meet our customers requirements.  There are many advantages in the use of components.  Reduced manufacturing costs, less space required for storage of raw material, lower stockholding, consistent quality, and known component costs with minimal wastage, to name but a few.

We have the knowledge and resources to develop purpose made grades which we already do in close liaison with our shippers and our customers from our many specialist suppliers based in Scandinavia.

We have a wide range of manufacturing capabilities throughout Scandinavia which allows for the development of products from the most complicated component to basic sawn raw materials.

Our facilities include:

• Pack Cross Cutting – Cost effective cross cutting where grading and precision are not necessary.
• Precision Cross Cutting – Where accuracy is important and length optimising is beneficial.
• Camera Grading – Computer controller scanning of all 4 faces of the timber to allow quality grading for all defects and also length optimising.
• Machining – Re sawing & high quality planing or Moulding where required.  Also end profiling, drilling or angled cross cutting.
• Laminating – Used for joinery or structural products, giving stability and length requirements that may not be possible from solid material.
• Finger Jointing – For joinery and structural products, giving options for long lengths, additional stability and high quality defect free material.
• Packaging – Bundling, Shrink Wrapping, Bar coding, or other special requirements to meet customer demands.
• Transportation – Our goods are delivered by door to door trailer directly from Scandinavia to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Alternatively we can distribute in smaller quantities via our storage warehouse.
