We can provide our customers with sawn, planed or moulded profiles to most patterns. These can then be further processed & packaged to customers requirements as follows: -

Machining to: -

• PAR & PTG sections
• Framing
• Claddings
•  Skirtings & Architraves
• Door casings & Linings (including rebated & trenched)
• Decorative mouldings

We can also add finishes such as: -

• Pressure treatment
• Priming

We can offer re-sawing: -

• Deep cutting 
• Flat cutting
• Multi ripping
• Pack cross cutting
• Precision cross cutting

Once machined the finished profiles can be: -

• Bundled
• Shrink wrapped
•  Packaged into sets ranging in size from 1m³ to full packs of 4-5m³

For larger volume orders we can offer all of the above in full loads delivered direct from the sawmill to your doorstep on roll-on, roll-off trailers which will reduce transit damage & shipping costs.
