Furniture Grade

Our Scandinavian Sawmills offer live-knotted furniture grade timber, sawn from specially selected top-logs which have the lowest  resin content and soundest knot structure.

After conversion to the desired sawn dimension, the timber is processed through computer controlled kilns to achieve optimum moisture content levels for use in internal conditions.  This material is ideal for applications in shaped or moulded sections, or as the raw material for the manufacture of edge-glued laminated panels.

Alternatively, from the sawn raw material, further processing can be arranged to produce machined semi-finished furniture components.
